Posmogo is an international platform that connects customers to variety of quality products from around the world, at competitive prices. We mainly focus within the Home & Living segment, namely products from Home Decor, Home Improvement, Furniture, Home Entertainment, Home Supplies and Hobbies & Activities categories. We only sell 100% authentic products. All products come brand new with tags.
How to Purchase
You only have to follow these simple steps:
- Click on a product to view all the information on the product
- Once you’ve selected a product- you add the product to your shopping bag, we will display your bag in the sidebar of your screen
- At email Login step, enter your email address and provide delivery information
- If the information is correct, click on the "Place Order" button and choose your payment method to proceed purchased
* If the item you are looking for is not listed on our website, just send over the details to us through FB Messenger and we will quote you based on pricing from our suppliers.
When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:
- A current and valid email address
- Your contact number
- Billing information
- Shipping information
You will have a chance to verify the information when you checkout. If the information is correct, click on the "Place Order" button. Please check your junk/spam folder should you not receive this email. To view again your order that you just successfully purchased, go to "My Order". An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you via Email right after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.
For all purchases made @ Posmogo, we accept PayPal, Online Banking, iPay88. Supported online payment methods also include Visa and Mastercard. You will be notified via email within 24 hours upon completion of order confirmation.
Please be aware of your Bank reconciliation schedule as this might have impact on your payment (payment cannot be performed during bank reconciliation time).
Unfortunately, we are unable to process our orders C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery).
For international items sold on Posmogo, they are delivered to your doorstep at no additional cost, since the stated price includes all necessary taxes, customs fees, import duties and surcharge. The amount paid at check out will be the final amount.
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfilment system is designed to process orders quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping stage.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 5 days. We will cancel your order and your refund will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to your account within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment method, bank and/or financial institution.
Shipping and Delivery
As we strive to provide extra special service for Posmogo customers, we have ready stock of selected models of products. Once payment is made, we will make every attempt to deliver your purchases to you within 5 to 7 days.
For models where we do not have ready stock, again upon payment, your purchases will be delivered within 10 to 14 days.
You will be informed via email when your purchases are shipped. A tracking number will be provided in the email for you to track your delivery via the courier. If you have signed up for an account on this site, you may track the status of your order under "My Account".
Posmogo offer convenient delivery with affordable rates, which is flat-rate shipping for local and international. We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount, depending on the promotion period.
Currently, we only ship to Singapore and Malaysia. As with any other postal services, you need to acknowledge the receipt of the items with a signature. Hence, you need to be at home. However, you can redirect it to another address in cases of emergency with a small fee.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us. Refunds and cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
